Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve support issues at front end, facilitate in required changes to be made for underlying data/process and application of changes with minimal user disruption
  • Support Windows and Mac devices, as well as a wide variety of e-mail environments (Microsoft Exchange, Google Apps, and Office 365)
  • Provide remote end-user support from Office.
  • Create technical recommendations based upon assessed business requirements
  • To ensure compliance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by identifying, understanding the services documented in SLAs
  • Effectively communicate to the co-workers, and management through both written and oral channels
  • Ensure that customer documentation and communication logs are up-to-date and accurate at all times
  • Customer service mindset is preferred
  • Contribute to internal knowledgebase and take detailed notes in client invoices and trouble tickets. The importance of extensive documentation cannot be overemphasized
  • Priorities and manage many open cases at one time
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  • Work in rotating shifts.


  • Support the roll-out of new applications
  • Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to next available Engineer, if appropriate)
  • Ability to follow established departmental procedures, learn new tasks and readily adapt to operational changes
  • Strong multitasking, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication/soft skills are required.
  • Should be a quick learner, willing to take initiative, enthusiastic about their work, determined and hard worker.
  • Flexibility to perform and deliver desired results in a 24×7 working environment in off production and beyond standard working or business hours.
  • Strong relationship and client’s management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to think logically.
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
  • willing to work in night shift (UK/US timings).
  • CCNA and CCNP certifications are a must.
