JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team at Lahore office. This role will be responsible for providing expert-level support, developing and enhancing ServiceNow applications, and ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our ServiceNow environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
- Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, adhering to best practices and standards.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts to meet specific business needs.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any system defects or performance issues.
- Lead and manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and integrations with other applications.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements and recommend their implementation to enhance our ITSM capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, modules, and applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow customization using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, UI policies, and Catalog Items.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration with third-party systems and APIs.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications are desired.
